The toilet commode was not maintained well. It had noticeable stains. i reported a sink issue to reception, but there was no improvement. i also noticed a used tissue under the bed upon arrival. It remained there even after housekeeping.

Lovely Views and Convenient Location!

parliament viewshort walklovely staffinconsistent room service
The hotel boasts views of the Parliament building, and I found it quite beautiful. The Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle are a short, enjoyable walk from the hotel. I received great assistance from the lovely staff. Breakfast offered a wide array of options.
I found the room service inconsistent. One morning only the bathroom was cleaned and new towels were supplied.

the air conditioning was not functional on my initial night, it maintained a constant rattling that interrupted my sleep. i reported it to the front desk a second time and was advised it was unfixable. i expected a message to inform me of the situation, but none came. the hotel should have provided better communication about the issue.
